Dr Pritinesh Singh,

I'm a specialist GP with more than 20 years of experience working in a field that I am passionate about. For over a decade, I’ve called the Macedon Ranges home, raising my son, caring for my patients, and building a practice shaped by compassion and flexibility.

As a doctor , a single parent and pet owner, I understand the challenges of trying to balance family, work, health, personal issues and life in general. Many patients struggle to fit their medical needs around school runs, sports schedules, and long workdays, including personal and family commitments.

I have an inquisitive mind, and I enjoy asking questions thus understanding your needs and working as a team in achieving your goals. 
 
I do not like the rushed feel or pressure of working in clinics seeing large volumes of patients and not being able to give you the time and attention you deserve. 

That’s why I created Your Family GP, a patient-centred practice where you can access flexible appointments, even after hours or on weekends, and feel truly cared for.

I provide care for patients of all ages and stages, from children and adolescents through to adults and the elderly.

My scope includes:

  • General medical consults

  • Chronic and complex conditions

  • Women’s health

  • Weight management and bariatric support

  • Mental health care and care plans

  • Traditional skin checks and minor procedures

  • Men's Health

  • Home visits, including aged care

For me, general practice is not just medicine; it’s about continuity, trust, and working alongside you and your family to achieve long-term health and general wellbeing.

Where I Consult

I currently consult across the Macedon Ranges and surrounding regions to make healthcare more accessible:

  • Kyneton — Tuesdays, 9:30am–4:00pm. 140 Mollison St, Kyneton VIC 

  • Woodend — Wednesdays, 9:30am–4:00pm. 81G High St, Woodend VIC 

  • Gisborne — Fridays, 9:30am–4:00pm. Shop/10 Nexus Way, Gisborne VIC 

  • Melbourne (Parkside Specialists) — Thursdays 9.00am - 4.00pm  Suite 5/20 Commercial Rd, Melbourne VIC 

  • Ballarat, Bendigo & Werribee – Bariatric surgical assisting (Mondays)

  • Telehealth — most weeknights, weekends & public holidays (by request)
