Yes. Telehealth is available most weeknights, weekends, and public holidays by request. To be eligible for a Medicare rebate, you must have attended a face-to-face appointment within the past 12 months.
Please use the booking link on this website. The online system allows you to select face-to-face or Telehealth appointments.
Yes. Evening and weekend appointments can often be arranged, particularly after work, school, or sport commitments. Use the flexible booking option online or email reception on reception@yourfamilygp.com.au.
Yes. Home visits and aged care consults can be arranged for regular patients of the practice.
Fees & Billing
Yes, for pensioners, concession card holders, children under 16, and DVA patients. Other patients may also be bulk billed for their first appointment if they have seen me previously. All care plans are bulk billed.

Yes. Accounts are settled at the end of your appointment. Medicare rebates are processed immediately.
Our online booking system will request credit card details and time of booking, but you will not be charged. All data is stored securely.

Typically 9:00am–4:30pm at each location. Flexible times may be available, please check the online booking link.
Policies
Drugs of dependence, including weight loss medications, are not prescribed at a first consultation. Ongoing management may be considered at discretion.
These must be booked as a long consult and cannot be completed at a first appointment.
Please SMS 0439 081 726 if you cannot attend, so I can offer your spot to another patient.
Repeat no shows will incur a cancellation fee.
